I love this season for so many reasons. It’s my birthday. I wear comfy clothes, and beauty brands come up with plenty of product sets that allow me to try many products for a much lower price.
I know how tempting it is to get your hands on all those kits, but there’s a catch. Not all Christmas beauty sets out there are good value for money. For different reasons: these don’t represent a real saving, the product combination isn’t worthy, or they’re just worth the investment if you plan to buy those exact shades.

KVD Beauty Moon Surge 3-Piece Vegan is my favorite of all the Holiday Beauty Sets on this list. I like it so much, and I believe it’s worth the investment that… I’ve already purchased one for myself as a Christmas gift.
No, I haven’t tried or swatched any of the products. So, you’ll have to wait for a proper review early next year.
Why is this Holiday Beauty Set worth the money? Because we get three of their most renowned products for only 39,99€. I’ve wanted to try their cream eyeshadows for quite some time now (exactly this shade), which retails at 23,99€. I also try their Go Big or Go Home mascara and iconic eyeliner.
Even though we’re not getting full-size products on this kit, it’s still worth the purchase. Why? For sanitary reasons, mascara must be swapped every 3 to 6 months. Plus, a little goes a long way when it comes to eyeshadows.

However, before you hit order on your shopping cart, ensure that the shades available on the set go well with your skin tone. If that’s the case, go for it! If not, it’s not worth the purchase if you only end up using one of the products.

Rare Beauty Liquid Blushes are renowned for being highly pigmented (you’ll need to use the tiniest amount), last all day, and blend quite easily with the skin.
I am particularly fond of the color scheme on this Rare Beauty’s Soft Pinch Liquid Blush 3 Piece Set, as they’re all complementary and have different intensity ranges. And they retail for 32€ (a single liquid eyeshadow retails for 22,99€).

Urban Decay is one of my favorite makeup brands. Cruelty-free with plenty of high-quality vegan products.
Even though Urban Decay is a high-end brand, its products are worth the price. Their Holiday Season Kits are so tempting, as we get to try a selection of products for a lower price.

This is only a good investment if the shades suit your skin tone. Otherwise, it will end up being a waste of money.
