My Favorite Conscious Spring Eyeshadow Palettes 2022
Spring is finally here! After a Winter that felt never-ending (at least for me), you’re probably longing for lighter and brighter tones. Here are my favorite conscious eyeshadow palettes to add a pop of color to your look, even when the weather is grey.
An eyeshadow palette is a simple way to add a pop of color to your look or express how you feel without changing your clothes (or investing in new ones). It’s also a great way to play with colors and step out of your comfort zone.
The good thing about spring-inspired looks is that you don’t necessarily have to go full color and be the center of attention. You can easily pull off something more on the neutral side that you can wear to the office every day.

This was the third eyeshadow palette that I had ever purchased. Even though I don’t use it as often as I should, it’s undeniably an incredible eyeshadow palette - both in terms of quality and price (40 colors for 39,90€).
NYX Cosmetic’s Ultimate Utopia eyeshadow palette has everything you can dream of in an eyeshadow palette: beautiful matte, shimmery and glittery shades in all sorts of colors.
You have so much to choose from that it can feel overwhelming sometimes (at least for me). If that’s your case, NYX has a smaller and curated version of this eyeshadow palette for a lower price.
What do I like the most about this eyeshadow palette? How pigmented, easy to blend, and reliable these eyeshadows are. Get ready to create a look that matches your mood, and that will last for hours, even without any eye prep.

ColourPop Sweet Talk
I have fallen in love with this eyeshadow palette ever since I saw it on a YouTube video. I love everything about it: the color scheme, the package, and the price.
ColourPop is known for its incredible eyeshadow formulas at an affordable price (Hello Super Shock Shadows!). Their Sweet Talk eyeshadow palette has all our needs covered creating a Springtime eye look.
This cruelty-free eyeshadow palette is Colourpop’s #1 bestselling eyeshadow palette, so there’s a chance you need to add your e-mail to their waitlist (it happened to me).
Why is this eyeshadow palette so unique? The color scheme and the different finishes (matte, metallic, pressed glitter, and a Super Shock shadow). The shades are highly pigmented, durable, and easy to blend out.
What do I like the most about this eyeshadow palette? Besides the color scheme and the formulas, I would have to say… the packaging. It’s 100% made of paper, which means it’s easier to recycle and has a lower impact on the plane. It also makes your beloved eyeshadow palette more resistant to falls than standard plastic packages.

Pat McGrath Blitz Astral Quad Ritualistic Rose
This is probably the most unique eyeshadow palette in my collection (if I can call it that way). In a nutshell, Pat McGrath’s Blitz Astral Quad Ritualistic Rose formulas are simply unique. A selection of four particular metallic jewel tones that you can use as a topper or all over the eyelid.
I fell in love with this eyeshadow palette last year while visiting my local Sephora, and I couldn’t get it out of my head. After a few other visits and giving it much thought (and doing a lot of research), I decided to purchase it as my birthday gift (months in advance, because there was only one left).
Even though this isn’t an eyeshadow palette that I use daily, it’s undoubtedly my number one choice when I want to feel special.
Why is this eyeshadow palette so special? Out of all the Pat McGrath quads that I own (three to be exact), this is the one with the most unique formula. How can I explain it to you? These are between pressed powder and creamy formulas, with an incredible metallic payoff (without the pressed glitter texture).
What do I like the most about this eyeshadow palette? The never before seen formulas. And this reason is enough for me to spend big bucks on this brand. However, I have a couple of other Pat McGrath quads whose formulas aren’t this unique. And that’s what makes the Blitz Astral Quad Realistic Rose so special. Also, one shade in this quad is perfect for springtime. I am talking about the Rose Quartz one, of course.

Huda Beauty Light Nude Obsessions
It’s not the first time I have written about this one, and I am sure it won’t be my last. Huda Beauty’s Light Nude Obsessions eyeshadow palette has nine pastel shades (five mattes and four shimmery).
The colors are beautiful and easy to blend out, especially if you’re applying these with an eyeshadow brush. However, if you don’t have one, you can still create some spring looks using your fingertips.
This eyeshadow palette is one of my go-to when looking for a no-brainer eyeshadow palette.
What do I like the most about this eyeshadow palette? How easy it is to come up with a lovely look without giving it much thought. I also love its compact format.

FRIENDS X REVOLUTION Ross Eyeshadow Palette
What can I say about this eyeshadow palette? There isn’t a single thing I don’t love about it: the color scheme, the formulas, the combination, the payoff, the price, and last but not least… is FRIENDS themed.
Out of all the products that came out of the FRIENDS X REVOLUTION collaboration, this was my absolute favorite (and the only one I spent my money on). Why? First, because of the color combination. And second, I love Ross’s character (and, yes, I take Rachel’s side on the “We were on a break” thing).
The FRIENDS X REVOLUTION Ross eyeshadow palette has the perfect combination for a spring-inspired look: from soft rose tones to darker shades (perfect for a smokey look), in an assortment of matte, shimmery and glittery formulas.
Besides being the most affordable palette in this selection, it’s also one of the easiest to use - both in terms of color combination and application (yep, feel free to use your fingertips).
The only con would be that this is a limited edition palette, but it’s still easy to find online. And at the time that I was writing this piece, it retailed for less than 5 euros on Revolution’s website (an absolute bargain).
Why is this eyeshadow palette so special? It’s FRIENDS-themed. In case you don’t know, I am a big FRIENDS fan. Even though I am not much into merchandising or memorabilia these days, I sure love having a product like this in my collection. This is mainly because this isn’t just some random merchandising product from my all-time TV series, but something I love to use and know I’ll be able to use for a long time.
What do I like the most about this eyeshadow palette? I would have to say the color scheme (plenty of light yet pigmented tones) and how easy it is to create a simple (yet beautiful) look with these eyeshadows.

Urban Decay Naked Cyber Eyeshadow Palette
It was impossible to write a piece on springtime eyeshadow palettes and not include this one on the list.
Urban Decay’s Naked Cyber eyeshadow palette has everything you need to pull off a spring look without breaking a sweat. It’s the queen of pastel tone shades (could it be more springy?). Plus, it has a large variety of tones and formulas. The duo-chromes are to die for!
Why is this eyeshadow palette so special? The color scheme, the different formula finishes, and all that Y2K nostalgia.
What do I like the most about this eyeshadow palette? It’s vegan and cruelty-free. Plus, I love the packaging (it looks like a PC component) and the name of the eyeshadows (I make a living as a copywriter).
